The goal of SET4H2 is to support the newly founded Implementation Working Group for Hydrogen in the framework of the overworked SET-Plans in terms of organization, logistics and secretariat. This includes the refinement of the tasks and the identity of the IWG, the completion of the implementation plans and the use of synergies with the activities of other SET-Plan actors and relevant European and international hydrogen initiatives. The new IWG can build on the results already achieved in the EFR pilot initiative "Agenda Process for Green Hydrosettlement", a comprehensive European strategy formation process with the participation of 30 European countries, and can thus make faster progress in the implementation of strategic research and innovation agenda ellertensen. The CSA supports the IWG in applying an integrated, systematic and interdisciplinary approach to cover research needs and taking into account the different starting conditions of the European countries in the energy transition.
