a) Data Processing by Visiting this Website

Data is collected from website visitors as part of the web hosting and as part of WebAnalytics, which is anonymised directly during collection. The data is determined either by a pixel or by a log file. To protect personal data, WebAnalytics does not use cookies. The visitor's IP is transmitted when a page request is made, anonymised directly after transmission and processed without reference to a person. The following data is collected:

  • Operating system used
  • Type of device used
  • Time of access
  • IP address in anonymised form (only used to determine the location of the access)

This data is collected to ensure the security and stability of the website and to provide website visitors with the highest possible level of quality. 4. Collection of Personal Data in the Context of Contacting us by E-mail

This website enables quick electronic contact with EE Energy Engineers GmbH, service provider of the NRW.Energy4Climate state company. If you contact EE Energy Engineers GmbH by e-mail, the personal data transmitted will be automatically stored in order to process your request. Data that can be taken from your signature or, for example, information from the subject or your message is usually stored. If you use this contact form, the entry of personal data is expressly voluntary.

The personal data you enter will only be used for the purpose you have requested. Furthermore, this data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to process your request and in accordance with legal and contractual requirements.

The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.

Persons under the age of 16 should not transmit any personal data to us unless the consent of their parents or guardians (holders of parental responsibility) has been given (Art. 8 (1) DSGVO). The consent must then be explicitly noted in the message (Art. 8 (2) DSGVO). We do not request personal data from children and young people. We do not knowingly collect such data.

5. Data Security

The security of your personal data is important to us. A comprehensive data protection agreement has been concluded with the service provider used for the website. This site uses TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
