The main project goal is to develop a modular blueprint for a decentralized energy and heat transition at the district level. Innogy SE will set up a project management structure. Innogy SE will be involved in the development of use cases, the construction and operation of an ICT infrastructure and the systemic networking of the districts. All districts will be realized under the work package management of innogy. The identified potential for connection use will be harmonized, documented and utilized by innogy. In addition, innogy is responsible for the bundled public relations work.
