hydrogen network in the Tecklenburger Land region

SWTE Netz, the network company of Stadtwerke Tecklenburger Land, and Westnetz are planning to set up an efficient hydrogen distribution network in the municipalities of Hörstel, Hopsten, Ibbenbüren, Lotte, Mettingen, Recke and Westerkappeln. In a demand survey, 30 large-scale natural gas consumers and active or potential hydrogen producers in the region have already reported great interest in a hydrogen supply. Due to the high demand, SWTE Netz and Westnetz are working on the next steps to set up H2 structures in pilot regions.
