Hydrogen Network Münster

Stadtnetze Münster and Thyssengas signed a letter of intent in summer 2023 to supply a regional hydrogen distribution network. The hydrogen in Münster is to be used for companies in industry and SMEs as well as for municipal heating planning.

As part of the hydrogen core network, Thyssengas plans to put a pipeline into operation as far as Hamm by 2029. A network coupling between Thyssengas and Stadtnetzen Münster would be possible along the routes from Coesfeld to Hamm.
