H2 Workshop Rheinberg

With its application in the state competition "Model Region Hydrogen Mobility NRW", the Rheinisch-Bergisch district positioned itself together with a total of seven cities and districts with the concept "H2R - Hydrogen Rhineland". Now, after a further analysis and a basic study, both of which concretised the topic within the framework of the REGIONALE 2025, three regional authorities are directing their common goal towards the H2Werkstatt RheinBerg: the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis, the Oberbergischer Kreis and the city of Leverkusen. This is how the regional hydrogen competences are to be linked. The newly founded "H2Werkstatt RheinBerg" will take the path to becoming a hydrogen competence centre, the H2Kompetenzzentrum, by the end of 2023.
