Research, validation and implementation of 'Power-to-X' concepts

Hydrogen production

The aim of the project is to develop new technologies with which material energy sources and chemical products for the transport and chemical sectors can be produced cost-effectively, flexibly in terms of time and in line with societal needs using electricity generated from renewable sources such as water and CO. "Power-to-X" technologies thus represent a solution approach towards successful area-wide sector coupling by exploiting the P2X value chains.
