BiDRoGen - Decentralized production of green hydrogen from solid waste materials

The decentralized production of green hydrogen from solid waste materials using thermochemical gasification is technically feasible, but to date it has rarely been possible to implement it economically. The two core problems are usually the initially low hydrogen content and high levels of impurities in wood gases, and the separation of pure hydrogen from the mixed gas using scalable technology for small-scale plants. This joint project aims to solve these problems and combine the resulting technologies in compact containerized plants.
