HyControl

HyControl is intended to contribute to the expansion of capacity in the hydrogen economy. This requires decentralized production capacity for green hydrogen via electrolysis, as well as technologies for transport and storage using chemical hydrogen carriers. The goal of HyControl is to transfer Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) methods to process engineering and apply them to implement, test, and optimize end-to-end control systems and methods for dynamic control of containerized electrolysers and plants for load-flexible methanol synthesis on real control systems. HyControl focuses on transferring previous, largely theoretical preliminary work into real-world plants to bridge the gap to practical application.
