H2Reallabor Castrop-Rauxel
The “H2Reallabor Castrop-Rauxel” is researching how hydrogen technologies can be implemented in a practical way in a city. In close cooperation with Gelsenwasser AG, the municipal utilities, the Castrop-Rauxel Economic Development Agency, and local companies, the project team is developing innovative solutions for the efficient use of hydrogen in the city. Knowledge about the companies is gathered through interviews and the use of standardized questionnaires, and solutions are developed on this basis. Students and graduates are actively involved in the project in order to strengthen the transfer of knowledge and expertise in the region.
