Innovation Project
H2Giga_NG3_HY-Core
Hydrogen production
Enapter AG is building a factory in Saerbeck for AEM hydrogen electrolysers, which produce hydrogen from green electricity and water. The electrolysers are still relatively small, but the joint project "HY-Core" wants to change that. It aims to develop and build the first anion exchange membrane electrolyser - AEM electrolyser for short - in the megawatt class: the AEM Multicore. Scientists from Münster University of Applied Sciences are involved in the individual process steps.
