GreenLink Münsterland

A consortium in North Rhine-Westphalia consisting of EMERGY, Gelsenwasser, Stadtwerke Münster, and Trianel is continuing to drive the hydrogen ramp-up forward and plans to develop an electrolyzer in the Coesfeld area. The hydrogen, produced primarily from regional green electricity, will then be fed into the emerging hydrogen backbone network. The project is thus intended to advance the regional hydrogen rollout and the integration of renewable energy in the Münsterland region. Commissioning is scheduled for 2028.
